Digital events – alea, iacta est

We are in 2020, the whole society is paralyzed by the Corona pandemic … The whole society? No! A company populated by indomitable eventers never stops resisting stagnation with fresh ideas and smart solutions.

Admittedly, we’d also like a barrel of magic potion right now to put an end to the Corona haunting. But because we prefer to leave the medicine to the virologists and experts, we take care of what we can: Events. Small, big, interactive, inspiring and enthusing.

Since the agency relocation at the end of 2016, PLANWORX has already been working remotely to a large extent; trusted working hours and location are part of everyday working life, as is 100% access to all necessary files and tools from anywhere. The current corona crisis has taken PLANWORX as much by surprise as you – but fortunately it has not presented any technical challenges.

We were able to use this small head start in terms of time and organization to focus on the acute challenges facing our customers and the event industry as a whole. We have researched and tested, compared and programmed, and can now respond individually to business and communication needs.

That’s why our clients now benefit from a whole portfolio of digital solutions for events that are on the brink or threatened with cancellation. From online meetings to digital cooking events to virtual scavenger hunts to large-scale product presentations and team conferences, we know about the right tools and platforms, mechanics and stories.

Because the die is cast: After the big shock, the task now is to design meaningful steps for sustainable communication and informative interaction in times of crisis. We offer orientation in the jungle of new tools that are popping up every day. To get started, CEO Christian Münch takes our customers’ decision-making teams on an exciting trip to the latest trends and technologies in online events in free webinars.

We welcome the multi-faceted challenges our clients present to us – feel free to email us at info@planworx.de with the subject line: Digital Events – Webinar.

Until then, all that remains is to say: the viruses are crazy!
